says large but it's not really stretchy.It fits more like a medium.

It doesn't say. I'm a D cup.This shapes to you so if your a D cup you will be lifted and showing more but not falling out. If your a C cup you will be more covered.The padding isn't a pushup. So it forms to you more.That's the best way I can describe. Between C/D cup.100% polyester.It also depends on your size.I'm a 40d but this would not fit me but it's because of size around not the cup.It should fit 36,38 c/d.(Estimating by my size).Plus I don't have alot of curve on my sides(smooth)now after having my baby.The sides curve for more shape.I hope this helped.

You would be showing alot. It's fitting so you would be lifted so it could work.but if your 40dd probably too small.Depends on how yout size is around.If your smaller it will work like a 36 maybe 38.
