It is a true to size small. I wear a medium as well. Although own a ton of size small stuff in hope it'd fit right. Lol! I won this one here on listia in a lot of dresses and was hoping to squeeze into it. But I felt like a sausage. When measured I have an approximately 34" around my upper rib cage. If I was an in or 2 smaller around my ribs it'd fit

I actually just measured myself. I'm 32.5 inches around ribs. I guess I lost some weight this summer. LOL pretty sure it'd still be snug around me tho. It'd fit most likely, but since I'm 30, I'd feel funny wearing this now.

I just looked up all different shades of greens to get a color word for u. Lol I think a mix of mint green, sea green and aquamarine. More leaning towards the aquamarine
