PayPal is esy to apply for- then you can always use it online (most places) instead of giving every "Tom Hick and Mary" your credit card info.LOL You do need a checking account or credit card to fund your spending or over-drafts on PP though. Its great! They have a "pay later" thing now, with months to pay (you just pay the minimum payment) and that is great too, IF you can trust yourself! :0) Good Luck!
