This ring is gorgeous! The diamond accents are not real, however, I am not sure about the stone in the middle. I bought it because I thought it was stunning, but it is much too large for me, so I have never worn it. The ring is much too big for me, so I'm going to guess that it's a size 8 or 9. Happy bidding!
