FREE: Vintage Gold & Red Pin

This vintage pin is from my Grandmother's jewelry box (she was 97). She told me she had this since she was 16. I don't know what the metal or red stone is.
The gold metal is very bright and hard. I remember her wearing this often. The red center feels like a plastic but I doubt that's what it is. Bid accordingly.

I received a message from a fellow Listian (Fortheloveofvintage) about this pin. message: That pin was made by the 1928 Jewelry Co. They were NOT around in 1928, they make reproduction Jewelry based on Vintage, Antique & Victorian styling. I tried to msg them back for more info but was blocked for some reason;(

I am not an antique expert, my Grandmother left me a box of pins and jewelry and I stated what she told me when she was living.
