> Free shipping, when offered, is only in the USA. However, delivery confirmation is not something I use since most items go first class letter. For first class parcels, this is an option the Buyer may request at their expense. I take all items are taken to the post office. I will not be responsible for lost, mangled or mishandled mail.

I would be willing to take the following payments: Paypal PREFERRED. If you do not have Paypal, you can set one up, it is free to send funds. (Paypal charges the Seller not the Buyer.) Your financial information is not revealed to me.

I will accept Concealed cash (sent at your own risk). Money Orders require an extra steps, an additional 7-10 business days, and $1.00.
