Not tiered -- entire copper penny lot pictured of 1950s wheat pennies goes to the high bidder. Sorry, no 1955-S penny present in this lot, and no 1959 Lincoln Memorial pennies included -- only the wheat years for this listing.

These are circulated pennies that all exhibit some degree of wear, however, the date and mint mark are clear on each of them (my opinion -- hopefully you agree).

Yes, there's one of each wheat penny per year from the three mints -- (P), D, and S -- except for the 1955-S penny (no S mint wheat pennies were made 1956-1958).
