The listing, Pretty Diamond like ring. has ended.

This gold tone ring is brand new and has never been worn. It is a size medium. It was purchased at a major department store. The ring is too big for me, so I am guessing it is a size 71/2 to size 8. Great for a dinner ring. If you have any questions please contact me.

I have no idea how much the shipping will be. I don't think it will be very much though considering that the item is very light. I just joined in the last week and I haven't sent off any items yet. I don't own a scale so I cannot weight the item to compare it with the shipping costs. Sorry wish I could give you more of an accurate answer.
