Up for bid is a length of Bollywood sheer fabric with metallic zari thread weaving all over. Zari is basically tinsel threads woven into a design.The fiber is unknown to me, since this piece was not originally mine. It is very beautiful and light as a feather!
This lovely black and fuchsia print measures 3-1/3 yd. x 46" from the bottom of the print to the top. And I believe the metallic thread patterns are both silver and gold. It is really hard for me to tell, as the light just bounces off these threads with every movement! One way they appear gold, the other way silver!
There is a delicate subtle vine pattern in the background of the black part.
These pictures don't come close to showing how beautiful this fabric is! If you can use this amount, you will LOVE this!
Great for costumes (dance / ethnic), or craft. Think Halloween princess!
