French Boy Scout patch in MINT CONDITION. As far as the translation, the closest guess I would have would be "Always Ready". yes sweetie this is 3rd sqd 2nd ACR out of Ft. Polk Lousyana. (specific to Iron Troop) it was worn on my garrison set of BDU's, this patch NEVER seen the field or deployment. luvs ya sweetie.
