The listing, ***1878 S Morgan Silver Dollar*** has ended.

For this auction I am offering a Graded NGC MS62 1878 S Morgan Silver Dollar. This coin is in a airtite slab and has the NGC tamper seal intact. NGC is the official grading service of the American Numismatic Association. The Morgan silver dollar is named for its designer, US Mint Asst engraver George T Morgan. The obverse depicts a profile portrait representing Liberty while the reverse depicts a eagle with wings outstrechted.
26.73 grams
38.1 mm (dia)
reeded edge
90% silver, 10%copper

This is the first year of issue and minted at the San Francisco Mint.

very special auction.. One you can be proud of. Not only is this coin a nice coin for collectors value. But also protection against inflation and economic hardships. Silver is way stronger than gold. This is a graded coin in a airtite protective cover. It has been graded MS62. MS70 is a perfect coin. A MS 65 grade on this coin would place it over $3000. This is a Almost unciirculated...AU coin.
