They really are pretty invisible. And easy to breathe through, and provided almost immediate relief. they are wrapped sealed individually. I tried one, though and it was too large for my nose. No sizing stated on package.I have a small adult sized nose. I'm 5'2" so smallish all around. I'd recommend for a man or taller/larger woman. Other then making my nostrils stick out funny, they were actually comfortable. Oh and they did not plug the nose and make me claustrophobic at all.
