Be very careful with measurements when considering this item. The collar area slips over the head. It does not have any adjustable mechanism. It measures about 4" round. Circle a tape measure to a 4" circle and try slipping it over your dog's head. If it isn't possible, I don't advise you bid.The girth or ribcage portion is adjustable. It came from the factory at about 6" around but can be lengthened up to about 5 more inches.
The wingspan is 9" wide and about 4" long.
The chart on the display card says that 'small' is 14-17". I am assuming that means the length of the dog. The display card will not be included to save on shipping costs.
I don't mind answering questions but if you ask if it will fit your breed, I can't answer that. Please measure your dog and compare results to the posted measurements before bidding.
