These are in new condition. They are a size Womens 22.

also what's the length? my fiancee is very tall and we have a hard time finding jeans that fit in the length. they are a little big but she can fix that.

Measuring from the inside of leg to bottom it say 29 inches. Measuring from the waist of pants to bottom of leg is 40 1/2 inches.
