Description

The listing, Dell mini 9 laptop netbook has ended.

I'm selling this as a part machine however it was fully functional when I took the pictures a few minutes ago.

Please note however that I have taken the SSD, the memory and wifi card out for other uses. So while this would work with those items replaced, I envision this for someone who is looking for some parts for their machine.

I bought this from Dell new when it first came out. The COA is worn thin, but i think it was XP which is end of life anyway. I've run everything from OSX, to various flavors of linux and even Windows 7 on it. I had thought of making it a streaming device after my daughter got done with it but it's just been sitting ever since.

You get the device as pictured, no power adapter, battery or above mentioned items etc.

Current weight is 1 pound 13 oz without packing materials. I'd estimate it at 2 lbs shipped from 44095.

Keyboard is missing keys as noted in the picture. I moved the 1 key to the center of the keyboard to make up for one my daughter lost. I swear she's an animal, I don't for the life of me know how you can lose a key from a keyboard.

All that said, it makes a fun little intel Atom box that runs very low power and low heat. Still lots that could be done with it.

Seems like there is more interest in this than I thought. I'm willing to include the memory, power brick, WiFi adapter if bidding goes over 50,000. I can sell the ssd for $30+ on its own, so I'd still like to keep that. However, I'll delay selling that separate. If bidding here goes over 75, 000 I'll include the ssd 16 gig I think. Put it all back together. Install a copy of Windows xp (end of life, shouldn't do it) or I'll include your favorite flavor of Linux.

If anyone is interested in the memory and wifi adapter we could probably work something out. Same with the power brick. I'd probably list them on ebay, just to make sure they end up being used.

how much to have it working with win7 service pack 3? with a clean wiped hard drive?

Thank you for your interest. Ideally the ssd (hard drive) sells for up to $35 on ebay. So my intent was to sell that and let the shell of this go to someone who wanted to build a small media device or something.

I don't have any surplus Windows 7 COA, so XP or Linux is the only thing that I'd be able to install. Even then, that means I'm selling the whole thing for $22 (75,000 credits @ $1=3400). On Amazon these are still going for $70-100.

I'm just looking to get rid of it to someone who as I mentioned above might be able to use it still. So I offered to keep it all together, in case someone wanted to utilzie it.

As odd as it is, just in the last 30 days a buy it now for 16gb ssd $35, the network cards are always $5-15 because when you need one you'll pay for what it is, a I think 2 gb memory stick probably another $5, someone could win this and part it out themselves and still walk away with a profit.

Power brick is something else that was unique to this laoptop, compared to most Dell's so that would probably bring in some extra money as well for someone looking to win here and part out elsewhere.

But again unless bidding goes over 50, 000 or 75,000 credits, it's as is for shell, motherboard and processor.

Just want to make sure that part is clear.

Looks to be about - $7.05 bases on 2 pounds, I would expect all my estimates to be with a few dollars if not spot on.

I was there mid 90's. Had a lot of friends that lived there, so we spent our time at their place. They lived in the country so it was nice.
