It does have a clasp. It is a little large on me, I have small wrists.

Most of these items I've had in my jewelry box for years. Half of them I don't remember where I had bought them from. Some from boutique stores, some from malls, etc. Most came from boutique shops as I shop from those the most!

I don't have a measuring tool but it seems about 6 1/2" - 7" - It's big on my wrist but I have tiny wrists
