You could probably fit this in a flat rate envelope for less than $5.00, as long as the flap can close/seal without tape.
If it weighs less than 13 oz, you can ship it first class bulk with delivery confirmation
for around $3.00 (just wrap the box in brown paper and mail it. You can use a brown paper shopping bag if available)
There are other options besides a flat rate box. Those are more useful for heavy or lots of items.
Food for thought.
I'll be watching if you change your mind on shipping....
Thanks

I will ship flat rate envelope for $5.00, if winner is willing to fore-go the box. Please state as winner at auction end which you prefer, $5.00 shipping w/o box or $10.00 shipping WITH box. WINNER'S CHOICE!

And if u present the jewelry with the box in the beginning, then all wd presume that the box is included with the jewelry gift unless u explained otherwise, but u did not, u showed an explicit stand-alone picture of the box as well,, which suggessts the box is included in this purchase making this a handsome little gift, and not many people wd mind paying 2thous or more. Credits for this as I was on ur last set that was up for bids.it wasn't till I sold my own jewelry that I saw and read the terms and. Saw that what ur asking-$10, is unfair.and now changing the terms to with or without box-again unfair.shame on u.u still have time to correct this.

Thanks Bethany, I was UNAWARE of the MAXIMUM shipping cost rules. I am NOT trying to take advantage of ANYONE. I know mailed with box, this will cost OVER $6.00 to ship, as I have shipped these kind of items before. I will have to be MORE careful of what I present for auction so I DO NOT loose out either. I do appreciate the heads up. I love LISITA and wouldn't wish violate clearly stated rules. I simply never took the time to read them and learned after posting the auction, just as YOU had.

Don't appreciate the admonishment from Bethany (SHAME ON U), I was simply ignorant of the rules. I am NOW informed. I apologize to ANYONE else who found my posted auction to be unfair or excessive. I like most all here, am here for the bidding challenge on things I like, as well as to "give away" items I no longer wish to keep. This should be a FUN site for all. No offense or mistrust was meant at all.

I was simply following the advise of another member, jonesbezzera on how to lower shipping cost for other members.
