Not quite sure what these are called. But it is for a baby boy for the winter time and to keep on while in the carseat to help stay warm. My little man won't use this and it was given to us its still in great condition. Will probably need to take a lint roller over it or wash. I recommend washing as I do everything I get new or used.:) It is a size 6-9 months.
