It is a size small, I measured from the top of the strap to the bottom of the dress and it is 30 inches. The waist measures 11 inches laying flat. I would say it it is good for an 8ish year old girl

Don't quote me on the age part, my daughter was the smallest girl in her class and it fit her when she was 13, please go by the measurements, thank you
