Hi Melissa, Yes Everything is included You can also use either a ego Clearomizer or a 510 pin Tank. So you don't have to use cartomizers with this mod. All though I have included 2 carto's I think you would like clearomizers and tanks better especially since you would be just trying to switch. Keep checking on Listia for the tanks. I also have a nice 2015 Vision spinner and it's very easy to use and all is included wiih that one as well. Your 3rd option but spendy credit wise is another auction and a sturdy Mod it's called Innokin VTR that would be perfect for a beginner and all is included, go check out all my auctions, and if you have the credits you would like it! Now I am not trying to make a sale, I am a advanced vapor and I buy new items to help people to quit smoking and, I am just very passionate to help others that may not be able to afford to buy these things outside of Listia! Really Dude, I think someone the is a Scammer that doesn't send what was won and charges the winner he pays and you keep the money on top of not sending what was won.
