These are Baoding Iron balls. They are stainless steel in color and are medium in size. The box is a emerald green with red and gold decoration. I used these to help my body to get to a calm state before meditation. You would place both of them in one hand and rotate them with your fingers. As they move one makes a high chime and one makes a low chime. Very pretty. It does come with everything pictured including book.
