Sizing: this is size large, which fits bust size 38 and 40 or shirt size 12 and 14.

It's not as supportive as a sports bra, but for everyday stuff I think it's good. I am a c+ cup (is that too much information? LOL) and I don't think I personally would like it if I were much larger.
