This variety produces early, very dark red and extremely sweet roots up to 3" across. It's good fresh, canned or frozen. The beets are delicious but the tops are good cooked or in salads too.

All of my seeds are gtom my own garden or my Dad's orchard. Most of the trees and plants are older than I am.

We grow only organic for health reasons and environment. Mostly wanting to know if they are ever sprayed or fertilized with any chemicals or commercial products. Love all your auctions! Thanks.
