New old stock, made back around the 1960's or so. Vintage USA made.
Measures approximately 3 3/4" tall.
From non-smoking, non-drinking, non-pet , no fun household. :-)

the factory that made these in the USA is long gone. They made these before the age of computer operated machines with holes punched in paper that would guide the sewing machines. These type of machines were used from I think the 1930's to about early 1970's before early computers put them out of business
