The listing, Sunflower "Evening Sun" Seeds ~ 2 Packs ~ Burpee Annual ~ LAST Ones has ended.

Welcome to my auction for 2 packs of "Evening Sun" Sunflower Seeds. They are a Burpee annual that will grow to 6 to 7' tall, with flower heads up to 8-10" across. Each package net weight is 1.5 grams. These seeds were packaged in 1999, but have been stored properly in a dry, dark sealed container. These are the last 2 packages of this variety I will have for auction.

I have a neat cactus. Neighbor gave a little one & the thing got so big--the pot fell over. When I tried to transplant it all these little babies pushing it--so I grew those & now this one is doing it again & it is so amazing as they are so tiny & shove the big plant over, but it hurts to transplant. Ouch.

Yes it does flower with long red flowers, but I have only seen the neighbors bloom. This one may need fertilizer. Can you grow them in PA? His is over 50 years old & came w the house.

We would have to bring it inside for the cooler months and winter......That is so cool about your neighbors! What a long time to live for a plant! I think I read somewhere that some of the desert cactus can get over a hundred, not sure if I'm remembering correctly?
