The listing, BEAUTIFUL CARDINAL DECO has ended.

I personally do not know what these are except for being decoration or not. I assume they can hang up, but there are no type of hangers in the back. Please look at the pictures, they serve as part of the description. Pic 3 shows the info on back. Sorry it is a little blurry.
