Stunning Jane Ashley lined gauze dress in size 1X.

The dress is fully lined with an attached skirt lining the bottom and beautifully sewn-in lining of the bodice (see photos). Gorgeous, 100% cotton gauze fabric in a rich, vibrant red with accent colors of green, orange, yellow, white, black, blue, pink...truly beautiful colors!

Lying flat and unstretched, the dress measures:
20½" from armpit to armpit
16" across the elastic bodice/waist area (stretched up to 20-22" across)
51" length from the top of the shoulder strap down to the hem

Will this fit 44 bust?

I tried measuring the elastic bodice and it stretches up to 24" or so at full stretch so as far as I can tell, it should fit a 44" bust. I'm a 48" chest measurement and it's too snug for my comfort, which is why I'm giving it up.
