The listing, BATIK MATERIAL FROM INDONESIA has ended.

Gorgeous colored batik material brought back from Indonesia. I do not sew, so if my measurements could have been simplified....please forgive me. The material measures 11 yards in length, by 3.8 feet in width. This includes a "seam line of some sort" on the width as seen in picture #2.

This comes from a non-smoking/dog friendly home and is brand new material. All Listia rules apply. HAPPY BIDDING and ask questions if needed.

What or how does the texture of this material feel? Soft enough say .. for a blanket? Thanks.

I am not a seamstress so I can only speculate. Of the 100% cotton batik materials I have (about 8) this one is the softest. It hasn't been washed yet which I assume would make it softer. I am guessing there is batting (is that the right word?) between? If so.....I personally would love this as a blanket. I have others I would not but this one I would. Pic doesn,t do justice to deep colors and design work.
