Is this made a little long or short? I'm 5'9 and trying to figure out if it will be long enough for me. Its beautiful:)

From the back shoulder it is 27 1/2 inches long and from the back of the neck it is 25 inches long. It scoops slightly in the back and the front comes down lower. The lace comes down to about 28 inches.
