I use to pay tracking now I don't as it costs more and I can mail first class padded and wrapped well. Tracking just pushes the price way up/
This is a beautiful necklace and I have seen avon ones like this and it truly shines. I can't afford $19.99 plus taxes so this is a grat way to win it . will be watching

I used to take things to the post office and pay there but I've found its cheaper to use stamps.com to print out postage on plain paper and tape it to the package and the best part...tracking is only .19 cents!!! =)
