This listing is for one DR. Suess "The Cat In The Hat" Thing One or Thing Two Custom Tutu Set. The set includes one custom tutu,matching 6 inch stretch Headband top, a hair bow and a strecthy headband.

You pick the size. The one listed is around an 18 inch waist.

Up to 3-4 colors with 2 coordinating ribbons and one bow.

I have made item for babies,kids,adults, and even dolls and animals.

Tutu's I have made include Lady Bugs,Pastel Easter,Halloween Colors,Dallas Mavericks,Texas Rangers,UT Longhorns,etc.

I also make Spirit Colors for your local Sport Teams.

I do have availability in time for your sweet Princesses Halloween costume.
