This ring is not marked sterling, but it looks like it has been resized and it's marking probably got lost in the resizing.. It is obviously sterling with a small turqouise nugget. I sized it at about 5-1/2 to 6. I wear a 7-1/2 and it fits my pinkie finger ok.
