Yes, loud bells ( ding, ding, ding ) and the red light on top will blink. You can push a button so there is no sound.

They are fun to play with! :) We bought a real Harley Davidson slot machine on Craigslist. It came with coins, now that was fun, but you couldn`t turn the volume down, I had it in my living room and it made my dogs crazy! It was fun to play when friends came over. I ended up selling it. I wish I had it now!
