ainjell333 do you know if it works good at night in a dark room? And if it records sound real good. I need something good to monitor my sleeping at night sleep apnea and one I bought that is a monitor type camera is insanely impossible to figure out its wifi etc maybe this be better. can you test it out for me some more ? Also Larwolf a lot of items like this can usually be used for higher windows but you would need to go to the manufactors website and go to their software update /download section and get the updated software for the item to use it in windows 8 winfdows 10 but it is best to check first before buying/bidding and or calling the company and asking them you will need to know the exact model number of the item such as this web cam

Another way to setup a security in your home is via cell phone, can get these cheap allot of times with Android on them, or maybe you have old ones laying around.

Install Alfred or similar app on them and instant home monitoring ... with power backup via battery ! Wifi Internet access. Cell via maybe HotSpot? So many options. :)
