According to Dell's website, they haven't verified all the drivers yet. But considering the 5500 and the 5550 can, I don't see why it couldn't. I've upgraded several Dells and outside of a handful of third party softwares not working, they've taken Windows 10 with no problems

Yes it comes with the AC adapter. Figure the battery in this is a few years old, so it's hard to say how much of a charge you'd get. I'd say at least 2 hours to 3 hours
