Your stila is not against the rules. Foundations, lotions, etc are alright if they have Been used, since they are in tubes. That's what a mod told me at least

everything new ..untested...never swatched....boxes a little messy from being packed.....the only thing been used is the stila used twice...still full...i cant give an expiration date ...have no idea....hope this help

And if you want to still take it out, understood. But she is so wrong on this one. I have sold many used foundations without an issue. As long as the makeup doesn't have an applicator, and isn't contaminated from directly touching the body, it's A OK!

And with that, I proposition you to sell it to me seperate from your lot. That is, if you still arent including it in this one after learning the actual policy: )

Oh, I'll def be bidding...already started! Just hope to have enough when it gets down to the wire. Lol. Keeping my fingers crossed cuz this one is AWESOME. :) Maybe they should think about reviewing what auctions people have flagged and not awarding that badge if any were without cause. I dunno...just thinking out loud.
