it takes four double a batteries and i can thro in a usb cord as well thanks or looking:)

yeah its a realy cool camera,it takes great pics,i got a new kodak little pink girly camera for my birthday about a week after i got my fugi,and stoped using it,lol so i decided to put it on here cause someone could use it,and im addicted to listia :)

is this a manual focus camera? can you focus by turning a ring on the lens? or does it just auto focus when it takes the pic? thanks so much

Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to know. They can be a pain with all they are able to do now a days. I love it though. Nothing better to me than capturing shear beauty through the lens of a camera. Sounds corny I know..lol

I have one other question about the camera. In the viewscreen, can you see the pic b4 you take it, or is it like the newer Nikon and only see the pic after it is taken?
