I believe, it would fit either a "large" or "xlarge" size, but that does vary somewhat with each person and manufacturers. I wear both sizes. No, I do not know of any flaws. Thank you for the questions.

This coat is 35" long from the neck to the bottom. The shoulders measure 18 1/2" from one should seam to the other, and the sleeve length is 19".
