I Just recently won this a few days ago and it was not the one I wanted, This converter works great and will turn any T.V into a monitor with RCA & S-VIDEO, output multi settings for a better picture VGA to RCA-VIDEO CONVERTER and it's ran off USB powered- (you probly already seen this posted) it's a nice little unit almost new it's just not the one I wanted it looked like the one I am looking for so hopfully someone else might want this one. comes with all the cables and instructions. I will through in this 4 port HIGH SPEED HUB PORT, because you know alot of things run better with a high speed port, but you will have to come up with your own cords for the port it is a common USB cord. And DC 5v & 2.6A not sure if you need both I always just used the USB and it worked fine with that.
