I really don't know but you put in a bid for them and I stated in my listing to ask all questions before bidding. They may not fit her now but in a few months as fast as they grow they would look cute on her feet.

I would say yes only beachwear has the elastic around the outer edge. At be just a little big but not noticeable or uncomfortable.
