Very true to what Whitetyger68 said. The problem with Listia is that makes the Credits you can buy completely not worth it in any way because most good items costs thousands of credits. The balance of the system is way off because it's based on the bidders and what they find they can afford towards what items etc.
Thus being said, don't expect anything good for very cheap if it's well desired but some items that could be good to you but not many else care you may be able to win at a cheap bid since bids can only start at 100 credits max. The GIN system on Listia is not to be compared to the Buy it Now system on eBay where people use it to sell items like a store.

just to let you know, your GIN price is about twice what it should be if not a little more...I don't pay more than 2,000 credits per $5 gift cards and they normally don't go much higher than that either. But I love that I have time to get the credits I need to bid!!!

Also people who say they dont pay more then 2000 for every 5.00 for gift cards definately dont buy many gift cards as there is no credit to cash ratio on listia what so ever to determine that low amount also the ratio is dependant upon the want of the bidders even if it wasnt that would be way lower then any standard.. the ratio is dependant upon the market value determined by how badly the bidders want an item, so your saying that a 25.00 gift card should only cost you about 10,000 credits then? lol that is quite laughable really. you need to go and refigure your amounts because for 10,000 credits you will be lucky to get a 10.00 gift card really! saying that each 5.00 is only worth 2000 credits is way below the standard value as this is a cash option and not just a gift item. it will be used like cash so the ratio formula goes way up when it is considered to be cash.
