I have had no problems with this GPS. I have not used it recently due to not being able to travel. I just purchase a Cobra so I don't need it anymore. I wanted a GPS with lifetime map, which is what I have now. I don't know how to reset it and don't have a instruction manuel with it. But I know for a fact the information can be pulled up online. this GPS have given me great pleasure and much successwhen locating a home or business. I have the power cord charger and the GPS system. That's all that is needed. Just plug it into your car lighter and its ready to go. I know there is a way to update math I just never had to do it.
