The listing, 3 mo. Carter's balloon skirt has ended.

This is a Carter's balloon skirt. I bought it for my daughter, took the tags off and washed it (as I do all new things) and then guess what? It didn't fit! So you are getting a basically new skirt. It is adorable!! It will be coming from a non smoking, pet free home. It's blue, black, white and inside the circles is brown. It's very hard to notice the brown though.
