what is it made of, the chip could maybe be covered with paint

It can fit a 6 by 4 picture. It's wood and the chip could be cover with paint.

you are welcome, wish me luck. Now all I have to do is get my 2 girls to be in 1 picture. On cat has her face up against it or is playing with the chord and the black cat starts making demon faces because her mommy doesn't know how to turn the flash off...lol
