the picture size is because of the border isn't it? what is the border made of? my pics are 4 x 6 and I'd love to display someone special

I'm not sure I've never used it. I got a couple frames thinking of changing décor and ended up not doing it. It appears to be either a finished cardboard or wood. And I had to change photo size. I accidently mixed up sizes. Sorry.
