A couple questions:

1) Can the Nerf guns be used for any game requiring a gun like Call Of Duty?

2) Will the u-draw pad allow a non Wii-u to play Wii-u games?

And I assume you'll be using tracking?

I do not think that games like call of duty can be played with the nerf guns, just simple trigger games.
The u-draw game tablet was designed for the Wii, it is basically a touch screen for the u-draw games. Also requires a Wii wand.
I always ship with tracking.
