Absolutely Beautiful!
From the Disney Movie Frozen Elsa's Dress. Costume for Little girls size 7/8. Runs bigger and is long at approximately 36" in length.
I originally bought this off eBay last November for my daughter who was in a 6X at the time and it fit her nicely to give you an idea for size and she is now a 7/8 and it still fits her nicely.

My daughter only tried this dress on twice, once when I first received it, and once recently to see if she still fit it and see if she wanted it.
So she no longer wanted it and she has never worn it so it's still very much Brand New!
I've taken a photo of the dress size as it must be from china or something because the tag reads 140 whatever size that is but when I bought it the auction on eBay read 7/8.
Nothing is wrong with this dress and is in perfect condition!
