So can they wear these and crank up the volume on it so I can't hear it driving down the road? Or is it only good for a specific game?

Good question! Since I never got to use it, I will say what it says on the package. It says "use the Nintendo DS Headset to talk/chat over the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection with games like Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl - or with voice command games like Nintendogs and Brain Age. Train Your Brain In Minutes A Day. Plug the headset into a Nintendo DS or DS Lite System and easily talk to - and clearly hear other players(all players need a copy of the same game and must register each other's friend code. If these were left out in the rain, How long were they left in the rain? is it tightly sealed? is or was there any condensation? in the box or packaging

No. These were not left out in the rain. my sons DS was!!! THAT is why I have these listed here =) H e lost his DS for about 6 months! We found it in the spring when the snow melted!!

Yes, these here never were left out in the rain. he didnt even know i got them for him until christmas last year. then he was freaking out trying to find his ds. these are brand new never opened. only the ds was left outside all winter. :(
