As far as the fit... Not Toddler, more like 8-10 or older. Just to give you an idea, my son is 13 y/o and just stop wearing it; not because the hat didn't fit anymore, but due to the type of hair style that he chooses to wear. The hat just doesn't compliment the hair style. You know how Teens go through their different phases :-)
