No. The phone itself is still on contract, and I would have to pay the 350 fee. The phone is clean but it is still under contract .

Yes, all that would have to happen is I would have to contact Verizon and tell them that someone else will be taking responsibility for the phone and the contract. And what would happen is that whoever decides to take the phone will have to finish the process over the phone .

I am interested, however what I think whatupyo was asking was could you take a picture of it turned on, and your listia name written on some paper next to the phone. The name on paper really helps some people know that you actually have the phone in your possession. And turning the phone on helps also. Thanks.
